Hello Everyone,
You may not be in school, you may be a parent. But you probably know somebody that is in school. Even you were in school once, and you know how stressful school can be, and how sometimes you want to just stay asleep and miss every single day of school.
School is actually a very nice place to be because all your friends are at your school, and you get to see them every single day of the school year. To make it through the school year you got to think of all the positive things that go along with the word school.
Do not get caught up in the "Oh no, I failed this test I am never get a job" If you think like that every single day you will not succeed but if you say " Ok, I failed this test, but next time i am going to get a 86%" and you list out all the things you are going to do to reach that goal of yours, your school experience is going to be a really good one.
People everywhere worry about getting such good grades, but they do not realize that universities do not only look at the academic side of your life, they also look at the things you do outside of your school. Like, volunteering, sport teams, and extra-curricular activities. So among all the academic things you guys do, you should also make sure you do things that show you are a well-rounded student.

Friends!-Girls
Everybody has those days when, your friends just do not want to talk to you, or be associated with you. Beware the Girl Drama. It happens all the time,every girl experiences those days when her friends are just being such irritants to them, and they never seem to stop being angry. They don't listen, and all they seem to care about are boys or their other friends.Which when a friend with you, they should really be concentrating on talking with you,and not just talk about their other friends, or stop in the hallway to talk to their other friends for thirty minutes. But it is understandable, they are allowed to do that but when it is every time you talk and walk with them it does get on the annoying side.
So I have compiled a list of things to do when your friends are being annoying or just being plain jerks.
1. TALK!!!! This is important because conversing is the best thing you can do. It is always better to talk to your friends about the way you feel because if they don't know how you feel how can they change anything about what they have been doing. That's why it is at the top of the list because it is probably the first thing you should do when you get into a disagreement with your friends.
2.GIVE THEM SPACE: Sometimes when your friends are annoying or you disagree with them than you need to just give them their space because you do not know if their is something going on in their personal life that you may not know about.
3.HANG WITH OTHER FRIENDS: If you have tried the first two things on this list and those haven't worked, and your friends do not think that its their problem. Than I suggest hanging with some friends that you may not have hung out with in along time. Get to know them better and show your other friends that you have other friends and that your whole life does not revolve around them.
Those are just a few of the things you could do if your friends are doing any of the following: Being annoying, jerks, self-obsessed.
Then I advise that you follow these tips and you can help go rebuild your friendship with them and become back to the way you were before.

Stress - How to deal with it.
Today, I am going to talk about stress and how it has an impact on your life. Now, I have a huge amount of stress in my life between my dancing which take up, basically everyday in my life. Because I am trying to be the best and then I also have school as well. And everyone knows how stressful exams can be.
Some of the things that can cause people to become stressed are: Work, Job interviews, tests, school, extra curricular activities, social events etc. Stress affects everyone differently, some people can show that their stressed by their actions, and then some people do not show any signs that they are stressed even if they are.
So some of the signs that a person is stressed are: They are unusually cranky, like if they get mad at you for no apparent reason. Their neck and backs start to hurt because their muscles are all tense mostly but others parts of their bodies can hurt to. They isolate themselves from people, they see everything in a negative perspective, they are very agitated, they are anxious, and they feel overwhelmed,etc.
Here are some ways to help with stress.
1.Mind Dump: Get a piece of paper and write down everything that is going on in your mind.
2. Make an hour in each day, where you can just relax.
3. Make a list of everything that you still have to complete.
4.For Women: Have a bubble bath with scented candles and let everything from your mind just go away. The bath will relax your muscles, and help your tense muscles relax.
5. Whatever you are stressed about, get it done.
6. Exercise. When you exercise your body releases these chemicals that make you happy, and it can help you become de-stressed.
7.If you are stressed about a test, then just study and believe in yourself that you can do it.
